Service and product just awful. All four corners of the desk were smashed and one of the legs would not screw in at all. Completely useless and I could not even get a refund because the credit card I used to pay for it (two months ago - it took that long to come) had expired and of course the new card has a new number and the Wayfair representative I spoke to said he had to end the call with me because I could not give him the credit card number I had used to pay with. Absolutely disgusting delivery and customer service by wayfair. Received my product which was damaged beyond belief. So much damage you could not imagine. When i rang to inform them and ask for a refund they to me I would not get one until I returned the goods. The goods were a corner desk that were heavy and no longer in the packaging as I'd cut the boxes open to see the goods. Now they want the goods returned in boxes at my own expense and I'm a 80 year old disabled woman who cannot do this. Until I do this they are withholding a refund.
