Firstly thank you for accepting this as a return and issuing the refund quickly. Asthetically it looks great, but it is so uncomfortable. Looks lovely but beware, this sofa bed to sit on is very firm! Whilst there are cup holders in the drop down arm/middle section, you can’t fit a standard size mug to sit in as the handle of the mug is the same level as the side of the cup holder! You can fit a glass in though, so all’s not lost! The arms are detached & are just placed in position at each end of the sofa, so fall off onto rte floor when you move about in the sofa. This is the disadvantage of buying on-line without testing in person in a store. I guess the price point reflects the comfort. Looks good though!. Anonymous. Fri Aug 29 2025

This design is perfect for me, I live on the third floor so the reason I bought this sofa was to be able to get it up the stairs and it worked! I was able to assemble it myself. The one thing I will say is that it is a very blue-grey, which isn't so obvious from the pictures. I will be moving soon and look forward to taking advantage of the design to enable me to transport it so much easier than a regular sofa. Until now I was not familiar with the "click-clack" design but it works perfectly and there is one more feature that I enjoy which is the ability to recline on one side at at time. The last thing I want to include is how beautiful the legs are, the wood colour is rich and adds a lovely detail. . Cait. GB. Sun Aug 02 2020

Looks great, exactly like on the photos. It's pretty long and can fit a rather tall person unlike many other click-clack sofa beds. Certainly works for 185cm tall person. Quality could be a bit better: spent 30 minutes trying to screw in one of the bolts. The nut was clearly misaligned inside the wooden frame. Luckily it somehow got onto the thread after many attempts.. Eugene. Dronfield, GB. Wed Dec 28 2022
