If I could give it 0 stars I would. Measurements shown for the full sofa wasn’t untill we ordered it said it was for the right seat! (Why sell half a sofa!) couldn’t stop the order so had to wait for it to be delivered to then send it back. That’s where the problem started. Evri left me waiting in all day with a time slot of 8am - 8 pm. No confirmation. Wayfair wasn’t any help. Had a very patronising Person or ai on the “help” chat. Had to try contact evri. Wasn’t untill the 4th complaint for Wayfair and evri that it got collected by evri after Wayfair changed it to dhl and then didn’t cancel dhl coming to collect something that had already gone. Absolutely rubbish, the sofa cushions are so hard they are glued to a board so you can’t turn or swap them over, I had them removed and replaced costing £450 the sofa came with silver stud’s around the arms the the chair had gold ones. I had to wait ages for them to send me them then cost me £60 to get them put on. Never again will I buy a suite that I can’t see or sit on it was made in Poland soo dissatisfied. Cathy. I received the Skylar futonsofa this week. The black is really nice and elegant and great for hiding paw prints. Assembly took some time but not difficult if you read directions first know what goes where before putting it all together. The futonsofa is great for the price and a small city apt. Looks lovely but beware, this sofa bed to sit on is very firm! Whilst there are cup holders in the drop down arm/middle section, you can’t fit a standard size mug to sit in as the handle of the mug is the same level as the side of the cup holder! You can fit a glass in though, so all’s not lost! The arms are detached & are just placed in position at each end of the sofa, so fall off onto rte floor when you move about in the sofa.
