Firstly thank you for accepting this as a return and issuing the refund quickly. Asthetically it looks great, but it is so uncomfortable. Looks lovely but beware, this sofa bed to sit on is very firm! Whilst there are cup holders in the drop down arm/middle section, you can’t fit a standard size mug to sit in as the handle of the mug is the same level as the side of the cup holder! You can fit a glass in though, so all’s not lost! The arms are detached & are just placed in position at each end of the sofa, so fall off onto rte floor when you move about in the sofa. Absolutely rubbish, the sofa cushions are so hard they are glued to a board so you can’t turn or swap them over, I had them removed and replaced costing £450 the sofa came with silver stud’s around the arms the the chair had gold ones. I had to wait ages for them to send me them then cost me £60 to get them put on. Never again will I buy a suite that I can’t see or sit on it was made in Poland soo dissatisfied. Cathy. This sofa is a perfect choice if you are looking for both functionality and style. The backrest features two separate parts that are adjustable to 3 different settings. This way, the sofa can be easily turned into a bed or fit two people when they choose to relax in different positions at the same time. The upholstery is made of easy-care polyester. Es ist wunderschön, genau wie wir es wollten, schmal, um Platz im Wohnzimmer zu haben, aber auch sehr geräumig, was den genutzten Raum angeht, drei Personen können problemlos sitzen. Was das Schlafen auf dem Sofa angeht, ist es ok, aber ziemlich schmal, ich habe es nicht für diesen Zweck gedacht, aber es war ein Pluspunkt, dass es auch als Schlafsofa verwendet werden kann. This design is perfect for me, I live on the third floor so the reason I bought this sofa was to be able to get it up the stairs and it worked! I was able to assemble it myself. The one thing I will say is that it is a very blue-grey, which isn't so obvious from the pictures. I will be moving soon and look forward to taking advantage of the design to enable me to transport it so much easier than a regular sofa. Until now I was not familiar with the "click-clack" design but it works perfectly and there is one more feature that I enjoy which is the ability to recline on one side at at time.
