This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. I found this chair easy to put together although the diagrams provided were a little vague as to what way round the main component attaches to the seat, and there's an amount of play between the seat and the main spindle.
