Beautiful chair, but the arms do not fit with my desk therefore it is very uncomfortable to use. As the arms are wooden, they are hard, and I find them a bit painful as they do not offer support. Cheap and nasty I'm afraid, might be ok for young teenagers/20 somethings, but for someone needing more support - a definite no-no. Additionally, the back was positioned really too far forward so you couldn't sit comfortably. Plus it was faulty - once the back was screwed on, the back went 'skewiff'. Returned for refund..
