Feels very sturdy, and the material is nice. the instructions are a bit unclear, it says to attacehd the chair back bracket on top of the adjuster bracket, however i think it is supposed to say underneath, as this fits better for the size of screw and makes it more secure. Cheap and nasty I'm afraid, might be ok for young teenagers/20 somethings, but for someone needing more support - a definite no-no. Additionally, the back was positioned really too far forward so you couldn't sit comfortably. Plus it was faulty - once the back was screwed on, the back went 'skewiff'. Returned for refund..
