Feels very sturdy, and the material is nice. the instructions are a bit unclear, it says to attacehd the chair back bracket on top of the adjuster bracket, however i think it is supposed to say underneath, as this fits better for the size of screw and makes it more secure. Comfortable, easy to build, and moves very easily in the carpeted office. The headrest does have a tendency to slip down when it's not in continuous use, but that's hardly a major issue.
