Have given this review 5 stars even though the desk isn’t quite finished. It’s certainly a two person job, well for a couple in their 80s. it is. Found the instructions excellent, easy to follow. One of the little plugs short but found an alternative. Doesn’t look very easy to get in touch with customer services for English customers if you need to. It’s a nice desk and very solid. So far so good.. Joan Elizabeth. South Yorkshire. Tue May 19 2026

Worst designed piece of flat-packed furniture I've ever come across. Several dowels didn't line up with their corresponding holes but worst was that half the screws holding the top on are positioned so badly it's impossible to get a screwdriver on them - not even a stubby screwdriver. Item was returned for credit. In Wayfair's defence the refund process was super-slick but I would have preferred the desk was for for purpose. Tallis. Pembroke, GB. Thu Jan 22 2026
