With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. Easy to out together, comfortable to sit in. I look forward to trying it out on a full work from home day. Update due to Covid I have been work from continuously for over 6 months.
