This chair is very comfortable and I am enjoying it. The only negative is the picture for attaching the back to the chair is not very clear as to how the clips work but that is a small thing.. Anonymous. Wed Jun 10 2026

Chairs are lovely , bit tricky to get srms on. First one arrived damaged, but customer servuce arranged collection and quickly replaced. Chair is very comfortable. Anonymous. Selsey Chichester, GB. Fri Sep 25 2020

the headrest at the top of the chair needs more padding when in or close to the upright position. The existing headrest padding starts to low causing discomfort across the sholder blades. the picture of the chair on the webpage does not show the wiring for the heat pads & vibrating pads for the seat nor the foot stool. It is necessary to scrol down several pages to find they are included. An email to the supplier was not sympathetic (case of buyer beware I suppose). Ian. Epsom, GB. Wed Dec 04 2019

Love this chair. So comfortable. Was a bit of a nightmare putting it together as photos were in black white and impossible to see. I took it apart a few times and started again. Ended up with 2 bolts left so left it overnight to think about it. Clear head and I realised where they should have went. Once I got it sorted I was so pleased with it.A great l. Brenda. Lisburn, GB. Comfy and easy to put together, but arms look slightly off balance. Hoping we put it together properly.didn’t have room for the footstool until we move, so left it for now. Probably a decent purchase for the price. Anonymous. Eyemouth, GB. Mon May 24 2021
