I'm very happy with this stylish office chair. The back rest is perfect, my lumber region fitting perfectly into the curves. I'm tall, 5'10", my long legs are also comfortable on the seat, and at its lowest position my feet and knees are in perfect alignment. Putting it together was OK...half an hour, the instruction stage 4 is a little unclear - when fitting part I to the seat, it slightly overlaps part H to line up the screw holes. The main reason for the purchase is to use it to play and practice my bass guitar comfortably - perfect! Then I just swivel and roll over to my desk to work on my music.. Jane. Leicester. I purchased the red one due to offer £95. The colour was more of a burgundy which is not a problem. I don’t believe the seat is genuine leather, nor would I expect it to be at that price. I think it is more likely PU The seat pad is not thick as described or as comfortable as my last office chair. The lumber support is ok. The quality of finish, of the parts could be better. However, the chair looks good and comfortable for short periods of time for me. I would not want to work for 8 or more hours a day homeoffice on it. Easy to assemble just be careful with the back rest, leave the arm rests loose until you have all the bolts in for the back rest and tighten all together. For the money you will be hard pushed to get much better. The last one I bought from Staples was in 2015 and cost circa £175, more comfortable and that was facing leather now looked a mess, hence this purchase. I will see how it wares.. Anonymous. Seat which is well padded and very wide, the best thing about our beautiful velvet desk chair is the flexibility of seating positions it allows, such as cross, cross-legged or leg-hugging sitting. Particularly suitable for people with stiff and aching joints or those who like to change their sitting position.
