Wayfair communication was excellent.. from my phone call to keeping me updated when delivery was scheduled for. Even the delivery guys were very helpful indeed. The sofa fits our space in the living room. Seating slightly hard but expect through time with people sitting on the cushions it will be reduced somewhat. Regards the Sofa bed, it’s made up ready with sheet & duvet in place ready to use in the next couple of days. So fingers crossed is will be comfortable. Though I do envisage having to buy a mattress topper. The Beige linen blend does look good but we’ve taken the precaution of using sofa covers because the dog likes it too! Seems to be his new bed!. There were a few dent spots but for the price it is pretty sturdy. There was a mistake in the instruction but we were able to make it right . There are some splinters coming off the corners of the slats so we might want to use sand paper to let it smooth out to avoid kids getting splinter if whoever sleeping on the bottom side happen to run her hand or arm through it.. Does exactly what we wanted it to do, extend outwards with a firm sleeping place. Can fit two small ones or one big one fully extended. Although we like to bring out the under sofa extensions to use as a foot rest. Only grip is that the under sofa extensions tend to be a bit tricky pulling up and into place, but once done are solid enough.. Harold. Isleworth, GB. Sun May 24 2026

Great looking sofa with comfortable seating (on the firmer side), looking more expensive than it is. I imagine may be prone to creasing in time, but perhaps giving more 'homely' feel that way. Comfortable. Fabric feels good quality. Slight amount of assembly needed (attaching legs), which was simple enough. Not sure how this qualifies as a 2-seater sofa though, unless it's for very skinny people, but as a large armchair (which was what I bought it for), it does the job nicely. Was surprised how high it sits. Possibly the only time I've considered buying a footstool. Biggest issue was the amount of time between order and delivery - and a gap in communication midway through when the first delivery was pushed (second delivery was also pushed, but at least Wayfair communicated that one - a week later). Overall it was worth the wait - it would have just been nice to know how long that wait was.. Iain. Glenrothes, GB. Tue Apr 11 2023
