I seen several others using this chair for dining. So that's exactly what we did. Bought 2 of the red. Took about a week delivery from Mississippi to Seattle. Box's were a little tired but chairs were fine. The quality and engineering excellent. Very comfortable sitting. I put them together myself & have a hint for you. Test each screw before assembly. This chair has met all my expectations for our family office space. It was simple at first sight, which was a plus plus plus for me! But, I ran into a tough spot not being able to line up the holes for the arms of the chair, the struggle to do that added about 30-45 minutes on putting it together. I ordered the chair in grey but as you can see from the photo it is not. The shipping box said grey but the company needs to make a correction here.
