This is a good looking table but 4 stars because the top of the table is 2 pieces and the wood design doesn’t match (see pictures). The top 2 drawers do not have the side mount drawer slides instead they glide on metal side rails and they are slightly smaller than the space, you can move them left and right but they don’t come off the metal rail. I love my desk! I use it for making art. It has a lot of space, drawers, and shelves for me to put my sketchbooks and art supplies. The extra shelf up top lets me raise my computer and display some of my knickknacks. Assembly took me around 4 hours. It wasn’t easy to assemble, but not hard either. I do wish that I was given extra of the long screws. I ended up using one in the wrong part and had to disassemble quite a bit to retrieve it. All in all I think the desk is worth it. Anonymous. Sturdy and beautiful design. The glass top is beautiful FYI the desk will come in 2 separate boxes… Easy to put together, but definitely heavy for one person to move the boxes. The wood fluted part and base are cream color and the glass on top is more like champagne color. The desk has a back area for charger and to hide the ugly showing cables we have… overall 10 out of 10. This is a really solid and secure desk. Well built and fairly easy to put together. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. There are a lot of pieces so it took quite a while to do. The instructions don't say this, but you can set this up to have drawers on the left, or right, depending on which works best for you. That's a nice feature. On the down side, a few of the pieces didn't quite fit together. The slots for the fiberboard back and one of the drawers weren't deep enough so I have to clean them out with a hand saw. If you have a hand saw, this is not a big deal. However, if you don't have tools, I'm not sure what you would do. Maybe use a steak knife or just return it? It's a nice desk, striking design.
