The items arrived and they were not as expected at all. The colouring is completely different to the product advert and the quality is diabolical. Attempted to speak with customer service, put through to a bot which was a total waste of time. Went through to an advisor who stopped responding to my messages without warning. Overall, spent an hour attempting to get a resolution without any luck so have had to suck it up and pay a £10 return fee!!! This is a total joke and definitely the last time I will ever use Wayfair. Terrible products and no better customer service. Don't waste your time, look elsewhere.. Christa. Mon Jun 22 2026
