Well the chairs where just a nightmare, putting them together was not easy, the back rest was slopping back before you recliner it was lower than the measurement has said, so we sent them back, in all fairness wayfair have been excellent , returned the chairs. and got refund within a few days.. Love this chair. So comfortable. Was a bit of a nightmare putting it together as photos were in black white and impossible to see. I took it apart a few times and started again. the headrest at the top of the chair needs more padding when in or close to the upright position. The existing headrest padding starts to low causing discomfort across the sholder blades. the picture of the chair on the webpage does not show the wiring for the heat pads & vibrating pads for the seat nor the foot stool.
