Absolutely disgusted with the quality, given the price of this item. Pictures sent to Wayfair customer services, resulting in me receiving a full refund. Not the quality I'm used to receiving from Wayfair. Puckered leather, uneven arm trims, drips in the varnish, a broken foot. Uneven stitching and threads hanging. All in all an absolute disgrace.. Patricia. Wallasey, GB. Fri Nov 24 2017

I bought this to go with the set I also purchased to make an L shape. The chair is super comfortable. My only complaint, like other reviews, is that the screw holes do not line up well. The screws are too short to give any wiggle room to line up and we had to leave the locking washers off to make it work.. Regan. Battle Ground, WA. Sun May 17 2026

Great looking sofa with comfortable seating (on the firmer side), looking more expensive than it is. I imagine may be prone to creasing in time, but perhaps giving more 'homely' feel that way. I’m very happy with the sofa - sadly a faulty arm was sent. Wayfair is taking over 10 days to correctly replace said arm - which is very frustrating. A positive review from me will now depend on how easy it is to receive the correct arm and how easy it is to return the faulty one. All staff dealing with this issue have been very polite and helpful.. Carrie. Southampton, GB. Mon Jun 02 2025
