The carrier for this item is UKMail, whose website's full of lies, I was told I am the 131st of the 138th on 1 pm an afternoon, then still the 131st at 3 pm, at 5 pm and at 7 pm. It was then delayed for an entire week!! Luckily, the lady Kasia K from their customer service was very helpful and professional in offering her assistance and has filed a complaint on my behalf..
