I’ve given this 4 stars as a part was damaged on arrival. However, it wasn’t a significant part so I didn’t complain. I was happy to receive the chair a week earlier than expected, though I still had to wait 2 weeks but given there must be lots of homeworkers wanting chairs due to covid, I didn’t mind. The instructions were pretty basic with no writing at all, just pictures, but I managed to figure it all and assemble on my own. There were no instructions for the levers in that to raise the seat level, you have to stand up first. The backrest moves backwards when you move the lever but doesn’t lock into position. Arrived quickly it was a job and a half to build the chair my son would of liked the back to be higher to support his head and neck better he finds it a bit low ( All in all sturdy chair all parts present and instructions were ok except for screws could of been identified to make for easier assembly. It's comfy and not hard to put together however I got this one because it was overall 60cm width however its more like 65cm. So now the chair does not fit very well under my desk due to this. Update: after having this chair for just under 10 months now I can say its a lot less comfortable and the rocking feature is very noisy makes creaking and cracking sounds constantly if you tip back a little.
