This serves as a great replacement for my 20 year old office chair. It was easy to put together within 30 minutes (1 person, but would be quicker with 2 when fitting the seat and connecting the armrests to seat and backrest), it's comfortable for all day use, and I love the fold up armrests which are perfect for my home office setup, keeping the chair tucked under the desk when not in use. The chairs came quicker than anticipated, which was bonus. The old chair had a fractured support and in a dangerous condition. The design fault on the new chair appears to have been addressed. The chair came in parts and ready to assemble, assembly time about twenty five minutes. Quality is good, however the seat is a little hard and will take a time to wear in.
