Total waste of time as the assembly instructions were useless, they sent a wrong part, the customer service was worse than dealing with a bot. Sent it back, all I got for my money (they kept 4.99 for return fee even though all their fault) was hours of hassle followed by 2 hours trying to get sense out of customer nonservice know nothing. The Nikki desk has 2 practical drawers with a metal drawer guide and an open compartment in the middle. The desk is made of solid pine, lacquered in the colour white and has a brushed finish. When brushing pine furniture, the vein is strongly accentuated and an aged surface is created. The desk itself is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. (Set aside a few hours to put it together as there are lots of bits but it’s 100% worth it). I unfortunately cannot give it 5 stars as it was not adequately packaged and therefore arrived with scratches and dents all over.
