I was able to choose the delivery date which was convenient. I received a confirmation email followed by a reminder before the delivery date. The day before I received notice of the time for the 3 hour slot. On the day I was contacted by the driver to say he would be there in half an hour and he was. We paid to have it delivered to a room and all that happened as expected. My husband unpacked it and it was assembled within half an hour. I was nervous because I had never bought from Wayfair before. I bought the chaise because I have sciatica and I need to lay flat to relieve the pain. I was a bit concerned that this chaise was much cheaper than many others and that it might be a bit fragile or the fabric might be an odd colour but honestly it is really stable, it looks really good and the seat is supportive yet comfy. I am both surprised and happy with my purchase. What a bargain moreover it allows me to sit and watch TV but if my hip starts I can lay down.. Anonymous. Mon Jul 27 2026

Very pleased with this versatile statement piece of furniture we bought for our small spare room. Previously had a single bed in there which took up a lot of room and was hardly ever used. Stunning blue colour and beautiful soft material. You have to screw on bolts to attach the back and apart from one where the hole was slightly out of line, it was easy to assemble. We have stored the duvet cover in the storage base for when we have a visitor staying over. When the arm is down it converts to a comfortable single bed however I would say it’s not suitable for anyone 6 foot or over to sleep on as it wouldn’t be long enough. Very good value for the cost.. I bought this to go with the set I also purchased to make an L shape. The chair is super comfortable. My only complaint, like other reviews, is that the screw holes do not line up well. Modern spacious Chaise Lounge with lot of cushions, making it comfortoble and relaxing piece.

Extremely comfortable sofa! Perfect for the space i ordered it for, only issue we have is because its bulky its difficult to get through doorways, we couldn't manoeuvre into one room as it wouldn't angle, so would be helpful if it could come in parts, and the cushions can be hard to get into a comfortable arrangement, but once sorted its really comfy to curl up in, the perfect film watching sofa! I'm Isle of Man based so had to use a shipping company, but delivery was very smooth process, i had to contact customer service once and they were beyond helpful, would definitely recommend and shop here again for furniture!.
