Absolutely POSH and simply clever: Sitting and sleeping in one! And so extravagant and contemporary! Shiflet POSH is a sofa that comfortably seats 3 people, but that can also be transformed into a bed if needed, taking up minimal space! The high-quality velvet fabric and the elegant quilting in combination with the gold-look feet also make you float on cloud nine. And if you want to turn the Shiflet POSH into a bed, it's very easy thanks to the ingenious mechanism: To unlock, fold the backrest forwards and then backward - the bed is ready!

The sofa bed takes its design cues from the 1960s, with slightly curved armrests offering a concession to the linear aesthetic. The gold finish on its slim legs creates a tonal counterpoint against the velvet upholstery. A gentle push of the backrest allows it to be lowered, creating a comfortable place to sleep.

Great looking sofa with comfortable seating (on the firmer side), looking more expensive than it is. I imagine may be prone to creasing in time, but perhaps giving more 'homely' feel that way. A luxurious sofa-style soft velvet sofa with large well-filled back cushions and supportive foam seats. Both back cushions and seat cushions are removable. Hand-made in the UK by skilled upholsterers and frame makers.

Comfortable. Fabric feels good quality. Slight amount of assembly needed (attaching legs), which was simple enough. Not sure how this qualifies as a 2-seater sofa though, unless it's for very skinny people, but as a large armchair (which was what I bought it for), it does the job nicely. Was surprised how high it sits. Possibly the only time I've considered buying a footstool. Biggest issue was the amount of time between order and delivery - and a gap in communication midway through when the first delivery was pushed (second delivery was also pushed, but at least Wayfair communicated that one - a week later). Overall it was worth the wait - it would have just been nice to know how long that wait was.. Iain. Glenrothes, GB. Tue Apr 11 2023

Brilliant. Well made, easy to Assemble.. Helen. Mon Nov 13 2023

It a luxuriously soft with large well-filled back cushions and supportive seats

Poor quality of stitching, padding and can see wooden batons sticking through the fabric on back of the couch. Wouldn’t recommend. Leanne. Nether Alderley, GB. Tue Sep 28 2021

A luxuriously soft velvet sofa with large well-filled back cushions and supportive foam seats. Both back cushions and seat cushions are removable. Handmade in the UK by skilled upholsterers and frame makers.

Awful experience from start to end, even had to set the couch up myself and didn’t have the tools to do this so also had to go out and spend more money on a drill. The colour is exactly what I wanted, that is my only positive but the experience buying from Wayfair has ruined this chair for me. The couch doesn’t even have any underneath its wood only sealed with a cheaper bit of plastic, not at all what I expected but I cannot be bothered with the hassle and delays of another 2-3 months sending this back and ordering a new one.. Anonymous. Sun Jan 30 2022

It a luxuriously soft with large well-filled back cushions and supportive foam seats.

After waiting 3 months for this Sofa, the colour was way more different then what I though I ordered. It was not fuchsia colour but more of pale wine or raspberry colour. Very disappointed. I had to return it.. Jo. Sat Feb 19 2022

The chair is absolutely gorgeous and just what I was looking for. It’s a shame about the assembly. I could believe it - we had to drill pilot holes for the feet and screw them in with a power screwdriver!! I’d expected pre-drilled holes or the feet to be attached. It wasn’t in a box so unsure why they weren’t. Delivery men were great and dropped in my lounge for me. Luckily handy with tools! People who aren’t be mindful. Joe. Carlton-in-lindrick Worksop, GB. Thu Mar 09 2023

Lovely sofa! Assembly was deceiving as there were no holes for the screws or instructions.. Stella. London, GB. Tue Jun 29 2021
