Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. I ordered the light grey but got a different one delivered instead. I was going to exchange it for the one I actually got but decided to keep it as it wasn’t worth the hassle of sending it back and waiting for a new one. Love the sofa otherwise!. Anonymous. Thu Jun 11 2026
