I love this chair I am so enjoying sitting and rocking in it, a comfy chair that gives me enough support. My biggest issue was the way it was delivered, I had to go to a funeral and was journeying to the funeral when I received a email saying it was going to be delivered and I had no way to contact anyone to say I would be away. It was left on my doorstep so when I got home I had to try and get it inside 9pm, it had been raining and this large box was too much for a disabled person to manouver I had to find someone who could come out as I could not leave it outside over night, I had to unwrap it and get it in as the box would not fit through the front door.
