Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism. This chair is a big improvement from what I was using before - back support, arm rests, head rest, leather cushions and it's really comfy! I work 10+ hours a day so it's really what I need! Assembly took a while (the instructions are really simple) but with the help of a second pair of hands we managed to get all the screws in place and get it up right.
