The sofa itself is perfect, and the delivery drivers were very polite. My only issue is the lack of notice given for a large delivery. I received a text on the day of delivery, which caused issues with my employer, as I had to ask for emergency time off work. Wonderful-looking sofa produced in high quality and durable fabric. The seats have well filled foam cushions. All sofas are made with a quality hardwood frame that has been kiln-dried, glued, and reinforced.

Exactly as described, easy and straight forward set up. The seat is firm, lovely cushions. The ottoman and sofa bed are as seen in the photo. It made such a difference to my living room.
