Really comfortable chair with lumbar support cushion. Nice when sitting upright plus also when leaning back both when with and without the leg rest. The chair is perfect for sitting looking at the computer screen and watching the TV in my bedroom. The instructions were good and my nephew put the chair together in 45 minutes for me. The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. My first impressions are excellent! I'm sitting in this chair as I type this review, and I'm very comfortable. As someone who is plus size (100kg), I needed a chair that could accommodate my weight and size, and this one suits my needs. I really wanted a chair that was quite plush and well padded, so I was a little dubious at first, since there weren't any reviews to help me, but I can confirm that the chair is just as padded as the pictures suggest. Time will tell how well the cushioning lasts, but for now I'm very happy with it. The assembly was pretty straightforward, though it definitely helps if you have another person to help you out for some of it, because it's quite a heavy chair overall. The product description did mention height adjustable armrests, but I don't see how that's possible as the arm rests are fixed to the base of the chair, and there are no instructions or indications on how to raise the height of the armrests, so perhaps this was an oversight on the product listing? I'm not sure. The footrest is a really nice addition, and was one of the selling points for me. I often sit with one leg crossed and tucked under the other, which is not ideal, so I'm hoping that this will encourage better posture since I do spend a lot of time at my desk. I got the chair for my wife and she's been using it for a couple of months now. She loves it! All our previous "desk" chairs would leave us both needing to shift position every 10-20 minutes, we don't have any stiffness, numbness or soreness with this chair and don't need to shift position constantly due to pressure points or stiffness. The heated areas help to keep blood flowing to the usual pressure points and the padding hasn't flattened like many seat cushions do. Comfortable, easy to build, and moves very easily in the carpeted office. The headrest does have a tendency to slip down when it's not in continuous use, but that's hardly a major issue. This is a solid feeling drafting chair for those looking for something comfortable with arm rests that are adjustable. Easy assembly and seems sturdy. My only complaint is it arrived broken and there was a crack in the back of the chair which was only aesthetic and didn’t effect the chair that much.
