This was a real bargain and has transformed our lounge. My dog gives it 5 stars too. It’s comfy yet structured so you’re not swallowed. It looks sumptuous in teal. We love it. Delivery was outside the the delivery company’s estimated arrival but within Wayfair’s day estimate and was swiftly manoeuvred into our lounge. I would highly recommend this couch for great support, great price, great service and great looks. It feels very sturdy and holds you snugly. Love the sofas. Thank you Farah for sorting out the confusion and getting our order sorted out, we really appreciate your help. The mixed messages I was getting were very confusing “impacted by technical and internal delays and can’t provide definite delivery date “ I spent from 08.30 to 5pm going back and forth, was given the option of cancellation which I tried (regretfully as I really wanted the sofas), was then emailed stating “unable to cancel your order as either it’s been already shipped or are currently being custom made” My account on Wayfair site was showing that the order was dispatched and estimated delivery date was 03/06. I then spoke to Farah who assured me that she would investigate the problem and that she would contact me before 13/06. I then received a text at 8.41pm last night to inform me that the order was to be delivered today!! Fortunately the delivery has arrived and I am delighted with the sofas. The chair is absolutely gorgeous and just what I was looking for. It’s a shame about the assembly. I could believe it - we had to drill pilot holes for the feet and screw them in with a power screwdriver!! I’d expected pre-drilled holes or the feet to be attached. Comfortable. Fabric feels good quality. Slight amount of assembly needed (attaching legs), which was simple enough. Not sure how this qualifies as a 2-seater sofa though, unless it's for very skinny people, but as a large armchair (which was what I bought it for), it does the job nicely. Was surprised how high it sits. Possibly the only time I've considered buying a footstool. Biggest issue was the amount of time between order and delivery - and a gap in communication midway through when the first delivery was pushed (second delivery was also pushed, but at least Wayfair communicated that one - a week later).
