Fully Assembled Unfinished Chest Of Drawers

This tall chest of drawers is useful if space is limited. It is characterized by its curved edges and classic molding.

Fully assembled, just the handles to fix as they are inside the drawers to avoid damage during transit. Communication was excellent and delivery was very quick. This chest is very nice and I am keeping it, BUT it is mass produced and the drawers are slightly misaligned. This is the best design of this kind of chest I have seen, so I am convincing myself it is part of its character. Quirky and very pretty. However, the top part had a narrow crack half way the width of the chest, which indicates that the quality of the wood does not reflect the price. Also, one of the corner joints was slightly damaged. It came from Germany, but as it was super wrapped and had great protection, I do not think the damage happen during transit. I feel the quality of the wood was the problem. A friend is going to repair the top and the damaged joint because I do not want to wait weeks for a replacement. This unusual and elaborate chest is made from mango wood. The interesting exterior and the wood give this compact piece of furniture a shine. It's somewhat hard to take in all the extravagant details on this combi chest within the first look. At first, the dark metal elements stand out, offering a contrast to the mango wood. The metallic applications and the bar on which the sliding door can be moved back and forth give the piece of furniture an industrial-style touch and make it truly eye-catching.
