Stool color is a matte gold which worked perfect with my cabinet hardware and plumbing fixtures. The height and width are good but the stool is not comfortable. One of the chairs the bolts didn’t line up perfectly and you can see it. Not enough of an issue for me to waste time returning but kind of a bummer. Regardless, overall the stools are nice.. Great chairs! Firm cushions. I love that the back is not too high and that I can push them almost all the way under the island. The leather looks and feels like it would clean up nicely though have not yet tested that. The seat is about 1” higher than standard but still allows leg room under the skirt of my island. The white is beautiful, a little bit cream colored compared to my cabinets but still goes nicely together. The gold legs are a little darker than expected but still look good. Would recommend..
