I ordered this on the basis that it was a smaller size table that seats 6. It fits the space in my kitchen perfectly and accommodates 6 people comfortably. It is an attractive table and the chairs are comfy. The table and chairs are easy to assemble. We were missing one set of chair screws but had some that fitted. I would not recommend it to anyone with small children or messy eaters. Crumbs collect in the padding of the seats and the glass top gets covered in greasy smears. Additionally if the black paint to the underside gets scratched you are left with areas that are transparent and can see the floor. The first table was delivered with a hole in the box and there was a chip in the glass. Wayfair were excellent and sent a replacement (same delivery company) which also arrived with the box damaged! Overall not bad but a little expensive for what you get. The instructions for putting this together were not good and all the parts didn’t come with indicators to which part they are so there’s a bit of figuring out on the whole assembly. Some pieces that came with it also were not mentioned in the instructions and some wood broke while putting it together but didn’t affect the functionality or sturdiness of the benches. The wooden pegs were also all different sizes and shapes and some damaged over parts so beware when building it that you may need the longer better pegs for certain bits. Also some larger pieces came dented and a little broke but nothing I’d ever worry about. The material is good in places but the wood for the table is very soft and damages pretty easily. I’d recommend a cover for it straight away. Everything else was expected. Overall happy with it and it’s fots in my space nicely.. Rm. Wed Jul 29 2026
