Good quality, came flat packed in two parcels that a superwoman carried to my door, shocked as I had to nudge it slowly across the floor they were so heavy. Option was £99 to get it built by company or two man assembly, I’m a 50yo, 5’2 menopausal female with a point to prove, and it took me 8 hours to build it. The product itself is beautiful, it comes already made up so no need to chew on making up the drawers etc all you have to do is attach the two drawer units to the top and put the glass on the top and you are good to go, the only thing I think could have been handled better was the delivery. Despite listing special instructions to deliver to my garden side as I have bi fold doors and would be able to get it in easier, they still came to my front door and was abit put out when I asked them to deliver to my garden side, when they got to my bi fold doors they put the bottom of my package in the door upright on the floor and then tipped it over despite it saying all over it fragile glass and do not drop etc thankfully there was no damage when I unpacked it all because it was packed really well with protective cover but I still think it should have been handled with more care.. I was nervous to order the vanity as i seen reviews of the mirrors smashed but thankfully mine didn’t come smashed it came just how it looked in the picture. The vanity took about six hours to build to be honest. The instructions were pretty clear. The numbers written on the parts of the vanity that some people complained about weren’t that noticeable as they were inside of the drawers and those numbers helped a lot with building the vanity other than that the vanity is pretty sturdy and big and it all turned out nice. I would give this a 4 out of five review as it was pretty hard to build and the material of the wood could be a bit better and stronger, but overall I think the vanity is good , and decent for its price. This is a beautiful dressing table but the service from this supplier has been dreadful. The dressing table arrived at the end of August but the mirror was smashed. Wayfair and the supplier were quick to order us a replacement mirror and we didn’t have to package everything up, which was great. The mirror was meant to arrive a week later and didn’t…I chased it up so they ordered another replacement mirror. Again this didn’t turn up so I contacted them…they ordered me a third replacement mirror…assuring me this one would definitely arrive…it now hasn’t. It’s impossible to actually speak to someone. The people I talk to over WhatsApp seem like AI or they are working from a script. I don’t want to take apart the dressing table we have already built…I just want the mirror to arrive so my daughter has her room finished.
