Beautiful chair, but the arms do not fit with my desk therefore it is very uncomfortable to use. As the arms are wooden, they are hard, and I find them a bit painful as they do not offer support. The seat is very cushiony on the other hand and big. Another thing is that the chair makes a metallic sound when moving.. Melina. London. Sat Jul 11 2026

Hello, I’ve only had the chair for a short while and I’ve been very pleased with it. However, for the past three days, there’s been a problem with the height adjustment mechanism. It keeps slipping down from the height I’ve adjusted it to. I believe this is covered under the warranty. I look forward to hearing your views and suggestions. Kind regards.. Anonymous. lol chair came quickly and was received in great shape. I really love the way it looks, but I will say as soon as I sat on it, I knew this was not the kind of chair that I wanna be using on a long day at the desk, it’s just kinda hard and I think if you had a wider bottom, these little side pieces would poke into you overall sturdy and so cute. Just not the most comfortable.. Jodi. Irwin, PA. Mon Sep 08 2025

The arms are foldable for easy storage under a desk when not in use, and a molded waterfall seat offers extra support. The chair has adjustable tilt and height options as well as a swivel function. Assembly is required.

What a difference a good chair makes! I'd being struggling with back pains over the last few weeks and ascribed it to a combination of not moving or exercising as much due to vacation. It turned out to be the previous chair I was using. The lumbar support is brilliant and even with the handrest down, slides nicely under my table while my previous chair couldn't. The only niggles I have come across so far are the net-like designs on the seat and handrest that will soon become a magnet for dirt. Just a few days and I've had to use various pointy objects to pick things out. Probably due to the chair's very light weight and easy-rolling casters, it slides all too easily over my hard floor mat. Fortunately, I can wedge it at the mat's edge which does stop it sliding off too easily when I'm seated.. Deji. Cambridge. Fri May 06 2022
