Beautiful chair! My husband put it together by himself in about 15 minutes. Simple to do and the quality was obvious. Having replaced a more expensive one, I was dubious but so far, so good. The wheels don’t move easily on carpet as mentioned by others but I am ok with that as it is for sitting at a desk. I have given 4 stars because the seat is a bit stiff again as others have mentioned. I will have to see in time but I can add a pillow if needed. Overall, great chair and good quality.. Whitney. This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed.
