I spend about 8 hours a day at my desk, and this Inbox Zero chair has been brilliant for my back. The 8cm thick seat cushion is really comfortable, and the breathable mesh keeps you cool even during long afternoons. I love that the lumbar support adjusts for depth and height, and the flexible armrests are a life-saver for my neck and shoulders.
