No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. Comfortable, easy to build, and moves very easily in the carpeted office. The headrest does have a tendency to slip down when it's not in continuous use, but that's hardly a major issue.
