I love it.Great chair . I bought this chair about a month ago for my work-from-home setup and gaming, and overall Im really happy with it. The seat cushion is definitely on the firmer side, which felt a bit stiff for the first week, but now my lower back doesnt ache at all after sitting for eight-plus hours. The recline is super smooth for taking quick breaks, and being able to adjust the armrests in every direction made it easy to match my desk height perfectly. Assembly took about 20 minutes on my own. It’s a bit heavy to move around, but it feels sturdy and well-built, so its definitely worth it if you spend a lot of time at your desk.. Anonymous. Fri Aug 07 2026

It is more or less what I expected for the price. It was easy to assemble and took me about one hour in total. However, I did take a coffee break in the middle of assembly. The chair itself is comfortable. However, both the riser/lower pedal and recliner pedal don't seem to work efficiently. I have managed to get the chair at the correct height for me but cannot get the pedal to lower the chair again. The recliner pedal does not work at all. However, it was already set at the upright position and, as this is the only position I want, this isn't a problem for me. The massage function is not very strong even on the high setting and is very noisy. so it is no good for relaxing! Overall, the chair meets my needs, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient massage chair.. Sheila. Market Drayton, GB. Sat Sep 05 2026

Decent chair that does the job. The footrest in particular was the key selling point here because my fiancé prefers to sit cross-legged on her chair, so needed the extended area offered by the footrest to do so. Obviously you get what you pay for at this price point. The chair is not the most comfortable chair on the market, or the most ergonomic, but you'd have to spend three times the price to get that. For what this is, it is comfortable enough. And I will say that when fully reclined with footrest deployed, I could have slept in it too. This chair was also good value without including the gimmicky massage features I saw in similar price point chairs. Assembly was easy if you can follow simple picture directions. Arrived quite quickly. The tilt does not work. The lift handle is loose. The back rest lifts up and down, but the screw to keep it in place doesn't tighten. These three parts come as already assembled, so I don't think it is linked to me putting the sit together. It looks like its made from cheap plastic. The only thing that works is that it goes up and down. You only realise that once you have taken an hour assembling it, and need to take another hour to disassemble. I hope Wayfair offers to pick up the parcel as part of their return policy. I would recommend to buy an alternative.. Melanie. London, GB. Sat Jan 03 2026
