Love this chair. So comfortable. Was a bit of a nightmare putting it together as photos were in black white and impossible to see. I took it apart a few times and started again. Ended up with 2 bolts left so left it overnight to think about it. Clear head and I realised where they should have went. Once I got it sorted I was so pleased with it.A great l. Brenda. Lisburn, GB. the headrest at the top of the chair needs more padding when in or close to the upright position. The existing headrest padding starts to low causing discomfort across the sholder blades. the picture of the chair on the webpage does not show the wiring for the heat pads & vibrating pads for the seat nor the foot stool.
