Beautiful chair! My husband put it together by himself in about 15 minutes. Simple to do and the quality was obvious. Having replaced a more expensive one, I was dubious but so far, so good. The wheels don’t move easily on carpet as mentioned by others but I am ok with that as it is for sitting at a desk. Arrived quite quickly. The tilt does not work. The lift handle is loose. The back rest lifts up and down, but the screw to keep it in place doesn't tighten. These three parts come as already assembled, so I don't think it is linked to me putting the sit together. It looks like its made from cheap plastic. The only thing that works is that it goes up and down. You only realise that once you have taken an hour assembling it, and need to take another hour to disassemble. I’ve given this 4 stars as a part was damaged on arrival. However, it wasn’t a significant part so I didn’t complain. I was happy to receive the chair a week earlier than expected, though I still had to wait 2 weeks but given there must be lots of homeworkers wanting chairs due to covid, I didn’t mind. The instructions were pretty basic with no writing at all, just pictures, but I managed to figure it all and assemble on my own. There were no instructions for the levers in that to raise the seat level, you have to stand up first. The backrest moves backwards when you move the lever but doesn’t lock into position.
