Its a DIY job not for the faint hearted. It said it would take 90 mins to assemble but it took significantly longer! Also there were a few missing parts that had to be re ordered which added to my frustration. Also plug socket was European so I had to buy a converter. Looks good when fully assembled and provides all the hanging space I need. HOWEVER! Assembly started off well, but as it's size increased, it proved not at all easy. This due mainly to instability whilst adding various parts. Says 2 people needed to assemble, but towards the end, really needs a third person on standby to help stabilize.
