Total waste of time as the assembly instructions were useless, they sent a wrong part, the customer service was worse than dealing with a bot. Sent it back, all I got for my money (they kept 4.99 for return fee even though all their fault) was hours of hassle followed by 2 hours trying to get sense out of customer nonservice know nothing. This table was poorly designed and of flimsy construction. Although it looks pretty in the images, it looked cheap and an impractically small size when assembled. As soon as I screwed in the legs there was no stability and it was too wobbly to use comfortably. On trying to screw one of the legs tighter, the fixing, of the leg to the table broke off so I could no longer use it as it was then a three legged table. The mode of leg fitting was poorly designed as the screws were not fully integrated into the chip-board table. The company returned my money, and I bought a sturdier table. I was left with a broken table to get rid of.. Anonymous. Tue Oct 08 2024
