Does exactly what we wanted it to do, extend outwards with a firm sleeping place. Can fit two small ones or one big one fully extended. Although we like to bring out the under sofa extensions to use as a foot rest. Firstly thank you for accepting this as a return and issuing the refund quickly. Asthetically it looks great, but it is so uncomfortable. It's robust a good size, easy to put together and the bed is easy to set up, reasonably comfortable and good for occasional guests. The material is hardwearing and the piping/seams help retain the shape. It could have have a little more seat padding as the springs are noticeable when you sit down, but you get used to it. The sofa arrived on time and the delivery was a good experience as the men were friendly and did take care with the huge box. It was a bit difficult to find the hidden parts but in the end all parts were found. The brackets for the sides needed a bit moving what wasn't a problem but shouldn't have happend, we got two left sides. The colour and material are exactly as the picture shows on the website. Not the best Sofa bed out there in the market but one of the cheapest options I could find. Feels a little bit flimsy and the bed conversion system could have been more effective. One needs to be rather mindful to place the support rods properly. But is nonetheless ok for occasional use. The little storage is handy to throw in the spare pillows and duvet. Assembling the backrest onto the base unit during the setup was a bit of nightmare. Personally, I would recommend check out the Clic clac sofa beds on Wayfair. Looks great, exactly like on the photos. It's pretty long and can fit a rather tall person unlike many other click-clack sofa beds. Certainly works for 185cm tall person. Quality could be a bit better: spent 30 minutes trying to screw in one of the bolts. The nut was clearly misaligned inside the wooden frame.
