This is a nice desk with decent quality of wood that has weight and a nice finish to it. The instructions are optimistic at an hour build time. It took me about 3 hours in all as fitting the top lid was tough due to the weight. There is slight movement in the desk but it is sturdy enough for computer use. I spent a long long time looking for the right desk for me. There are a lot of desks out there, most not quite right. This is a Very good quality. The base of the drawers are of a good thickness giving what I think will be a good stable quality. All parts are of a very good thickness and quality. A long hard job putting it together.
