For the price, I was happy that this was actually solid wood. There was one corner of a drawer that chipped (I think the wooden dowel hole was drilled just barely too deep) but it should be easily repaired with some super glue. Hopefully. Lovely looking extra wide TV stand, I have a 42” TV and wanted to add ornaments and plants which fit perfectly. Easy to follow instructions but would recommended two people to build, especially when fitting the wooden section on to the metal legs as unit is very heavy once all assembled.
