Arrived safe and sound, looks great. Nice and firm, but not super firm. Good chair to have in a living room if you have guests around, Would give 5 stars, except had some scratches near one of the screw holes. Not sure if that was a manufacturing error, or a transit issue. For the price I paid, that's not great. That said, solid chair all round. Whilst I like Wayfair and will probably continue to shop, I am most disappointed with the non delivery of the above on 1st August. I received no notification as to when the item would come and aftet noticing it had been delayed had to go to your chat line to get further information. Was then informed would get it around 10th August, which was not suitable for me, so I reluctantly cancelled the order.
