This chair is a big improvement from what I was using before - back support, arm rests, head rest, leather cushions and it's really comfy! I work 10+ hours a day so it's really what I need! Assembly took a while (the instructions are really simple) but with the help of a second pair of hands we managed to get all the screws in place and get it up right. This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Our son is not heavy enough to lean back and recline but I have tried it and its super comfortable. The back of the chair seems to support in the right places and its nice to be able to relax into. I bought this chair due to the current working from home situation as my original chair was lovely but was not made to be used 8-10 hours per day. I needed something more comfortable & supportive and knew I needed a more robust executive model - I am really glad I did as this chair is really comfortable, wider seat and can tilt as needed. It looks and feels like a great quality chair. Not that difficult to assemble...in fact, my youngest daughter (15) put it together for me in under an hour while I continued to work...all I had to do was tighten a few bits when she was done.
