With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. What a wonderful chair. For the price, I was not expecting something of such quality. It does come with simple instructions and the parts (screws etc) are all clearly labelled.
