Love this chair. So comfortable. Was a bit of a nightmare putting it together as photos were in black white and impossible to see. I took it apart a few times and started again. the headrest at the top of the chair needs more padding when in or close to the upright position. The existing headrest padding starts to low causing discomfort across the sholder blades. the picture of the chair on the webpage does not show the wiring for the heat pads & vibrating pads for the seat nor the foot stool. The chair is amazing, extremely comfortable and also takes my weight that I've gained since my back problems started. The massage isn't that strong but does help somewhat to help with the aches and the heat, again isn't that hot but again helps with those aches. The recliner is nice but I feel you slouch down when using it so I haven't reclined much due to this. It's well made and only took 10 mins to put it together and the material is lovely and soft.
